Privacy Policy

What is collected

Information you give. When you sign up for the newsletter or join an event waitlist, you share your name and email address. That’s all the site asks for — there are no accounts and no payments here today.

Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, the servers that host this site keep standard request logs — IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — used for security and to keep the site running. This site does not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How it’s used

Your information is used for exactly four things:

• Sending the weekly newsletter you asked for
• Giving you first access to events, masterminds, and announcements
• Responding when you reach out
• Keeping the site secure and working

Your information is never sold or rented to anyone.

Who handles it

A small number of service providers process information on Amy’s behalf: Follow Up Boss, the customer-relationship platform where newsletter and waitlist contacts are stored, and the hosting provider that serves the site and keeps its logs. Each handles your information under its own privacy and security obligations, and only to provide its service.

Beyond that, personal information is disclosed only if the law requires it.

Email, and leaving

Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also write to amy@amyyoungren.com and you’ll be removed.

Retention

Contact information is kept while you’re subscribed, or while there’s an ongoing reason to hold it — like an event waitlist you joined. Ask for deletion at any time and it will be honored.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under Canada’s PIPEDA, U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA, and the EU’s GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. To exercise any of these, email amy@amyyoungren.com. You’ll never be treated differently for doing so.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies — only what’s strictly necessary to deliver the site.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children and doesn’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact amy@amyyoungren.com and it will be deleted.

Links elsewhere

The site links out — to social platforms, to partner.amyyoungren.com, and to other organizations. Those sites have their own privacy practices; this policy covers amyyoungren.com only.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
